1REBEL UAE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who buys a product from, books with, or visits 1Rebel DIFC ("1Rebel", "we", "us"), whether at reception, in the 1Rebel app or at www.1rebel.ae (the "Site").
By buying a membership, class package or Group PT credits, booking a class, or entering the club, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase or use the club.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site. Changes that affect an active membership will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before they apply to you.
## 1. THE RULES AT A GLANCE
- One membership, one person. Memberships are never shared.
- Your contract must be signed and your member photo taken before your first class.
- Late cancellation (less than 12 hours before class): AED 50.
- No-show: AED 75.
- If a fee cannot be charged to your card, your booking access is frozen until it is paid.
- Monthly memberships: 30 days' notice to cancel, by email only to difc@1rebel.com.
- Upfront memberships (4 or 12 months): cancel by email before your renewal date, or they renew automatically.
- Promotions, codes and discounts never combine. One discount per purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable except where these Terms or UAE law say otherwise.
## 2. WHO CAN BUY AND TRAIN
2.1 You must be 18 or older to buy a product or train at 1Rebel.
2.2 The information you give us must be true, accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your account, your password and all activity under your account.
2.3 First-time visitors must complete our studio induction. Please arrive early for your first class.
2.4 Corporate accounts: if you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
## 3. OUR PRODUCTS
We currently offer:
- All-Access Unlimited memberships: unlimited RIDE, RESHAPE and Open Gym. Available as Monthly (rolling), 4 Months (paid upfront) and 12 Months (paid upfront).
- Gym Only Unlimited memberships: unlimited Open Gym access. Available as Monthly (rolling), 4 Months (paid upfront) and 12 Months (paid upfront).
- Class packages: a set number of class credits.
- Group PT credits: credits for GROUP PT STRENGTH and GROUP PT CONDITIONING sessions (maximum 8 people per session).
The price, benefits and term of each product are shown at the point of purchase and on the Site. The benefits table on the Site forms part of these Terms. All prices are in AED and [inclusive of VAT].
## 4. MEMBERSHIPS — GENERAL
4.1 One membership, one person. A membership is personal to the named member and may not be shared, lent or used by anyone else, including other members. Misuse may lead to the membership being suspended or ended without refund.
4.2 Before your first class you must sign your membership contract and have your member photo taken at reception.
4.3 Start date. Your membership starts on the date you sign up and your first payment is taken.
4.4 Payment method. You must keep a valid payment card on your account. We will charge your membership fee, and any fees due under these Terms, to that card. If a payment fails, you remain responsible for the amount due and your booking access may be frozen until it is paid.
4.5 Where memberships can be used. Memberships are valid at 1Rebel DIFC [only].
## 5. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
5.1 Monthly memberships are rolling contracts with a minimum term of one month.
5.2 They renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
5.3 Cancelling. Cancellations must be made by email to difc@1rebel.com. We need 30 days' notice (one full billing period).
*Example: if your membership renews on 30 September, your cancellation email must reach us by 30 August. You keep full access until 30 September, and no further payments are taken.*
5.4 If you do not email us, your membership renews and the payment is taken.
## 6. UPFRONT MEMBERSHIPS (4 MONTHS AND 12 MONTHS)
6.1 Upfront memberships are paid in full for the whole term at the point of purchase.
6.2 They renew automatically at the end of the term for the same length of term, unless you cancel by email to difc@1rebel.com before your renewal date.
6.3 The upfront price covers the full term. No refunds are given for unused months, except where these Terms or UAE law say otherwise.
6.4 Founders' Rate. The 12-month Founders' Rate is available to the first 100 members only, while stocks last. [On renewal, Founders' Rate members keep / move to: ___ — to confirm.]
## 7. BOOKING, LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOWS
7.1 Booking windows. Monthly members can book up to 14 days ahead. 4-month and 12-month members can book up to 21 days ahead. Package holders book within the 14 day window shown in the app.
7.2 Members book, reschedule and cancel in the app, and choose their own bike, bench or treadmill when booking. All classes are subject to availability.
7.3 Late cancellation. Cancelling less than 12 hours before a class costs AED 50.
7.4 No-show. Booking a class and not attending costs AED 75.
7.5 Where a late cancellation or no-show applies, the session is re-credited to your account and the fee is charged to your card on file.
7.6 Unpaid fees. If a fee cannot be charged, your booking access is frozen until the fee is paid.
7.7 Arrive on time. Once a class starts, the door closes and late entry is not permitted. A late arrival is treated as a no-show. You are welcome to use Open Gym instead.
## 8. GUEST PASSES
8.1 Monthly and 4-month members receive 1 guest pass a month. 12-month members receive 2 guest passes a month.
8.2 The member books the guest in the app using "Book a guest".
8.3 Every guest must have a 1Rebel account and a signed waiver before class.
8.4 The same guest can use a guest pass once a month.
8.5 Unused guest passes do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
8.6 Members are responsible for their guest's conduct in the club.
## 9. COMPLIMENTARY GROUP PT
9.1 All-Access Unlimited members receive one complimentary Group PT session a month.
9.2 It is booked at reception only, not in the app, and up to 3 days in advance.
9.3 Paid bookings have priority for spaces.
9.4 The session is for the member only and cannot be given to a guest. Unused sessions do not roll over and have no cash value.
## 10. FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

10.1 Freezes must be requested [at reception or by email to difc@1rebel.com] before the freeze starts.
10.2 [For upfront memberships, your term end date moves back by the length of the freeze.] [For monthly memberships, no monthly fee is charged for the frozen period.]
## 11. REFUEL CREDIT AND MEMBER BAR PRICES
11.1 4-month members receive AED 300 and 12-month members receive AED 500 Refuel store credit.
11.2 Store credit can be used any time during the contract, for protein shakes and coffee at the 1Rebel bar only. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and expires when the contract ends.
11.3 Members pay AED 37 for protein shakes and AED 19 for coffee. These prices do not combine with any other promotion or code.
## 12. CLASS PACKAGES AND GROUP PT CREDITS
12.1 A class package gives you the number of class credits shown at purchase. Group PT credits give you the number of Group PT sessions shown at purchase.
12.2 Expiry. Credits expire (x) days after the first booking / purchase], as shown at the point of purchase. Unused credits are not refunded after expiry.
12.3 Class packages and Group PT credits bought at member discount are shareable. Credits can be gifted or transferred to another 1Rebel account holder.
12.4 Late cancellation and no-show fees (section 7) does not apply to all bookings, including package and Group PT bookings.
12.5 Classes are available on a space-available basis. We do not guarantee availability of any particular class, time or instructor.
## 13. MEMBER DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS AND CODES
13.1 Monthly and 4-month members receive 10% off, and 12-month members 15% off, class packages, in-club merch and Group PT packages. The discount applies automatically at checkout for up to 10 discounted purchases per membership cycle.
13.2 Promotions never stack. One discount per purchase. Member discounts do not combine with promo codes or promotional products.
13.3 Promo codes are valid only on the products named in the offer, may be limited to eligible customers and may be withdrawn at any time.
## 14. NO REFUNDS
14.1 Except where these Terms or UAE law say otherwise, all payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are given for partly used memberships, packages or credits.
14.2 After you cancel a membership, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
14.3 If you return after cancelling, the membership prices at that time apply.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
14.5 Unauthorised Personal Training
Freelance personal training, coaching or fitness instruction is strictly prohibited at all 1Rebel premises unless expressly authorised in writing by 1Rebel. Members, guests and third parties must not conduct, promote, solicit, arrange or accept private training services on the premises, whether paid or unpaid. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal from the premises and, where appropriate, legal action and recovery of losses incurred by 1Rebel.
## 15. PRICE CHANGES
We may change our prices. Price changes for an active membership will be notified by email at least 30 days before they apply. Upfront memberships are not affected until renewal.
## 16. HEALTH, SAFETY AND CLUB RULES
16.1 You confirm you are in good health and fit to exercise. If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before training and tell the instructor before class.
16.2 You train at your own risk and must follow instructor and staff guidance at all times. Stop immediately if you feel unwell and tell a member of staff.
16.3 In the club, please respect our facility, our procedures, our team, our members and our equipment. Wear suitable training clothing and footwear, use a towel, and put equipment back after use.
16.4 Lockers are for use during your visit only. 1Rebel is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
16.5 We may refuse entry to, or remove from the club, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or in breach of these Terms or UAE law.
## 17. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
We sometimes photograph and film classes and events for use on our channels. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell the instructor or reception before class.
## 18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION BY 1REBEL
18.1 We may suspend or end your membership, package or account if you breach these Terms, misuse your membership, fail to pay amounts due, or behave in a way that puts others at risk. In that case no refund is given.
18.2 If we end your membership or package for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid, on a pro-rata basis.
18.3 Suspected fraud or illegal activity may be referred to the relevant authorities.
## 19. CLOSURES AND CHANGES TO THE TIMETABLE
We may change the timetable, classes, instructors or opening hours, and may close all or part of the club for maintenance, public holidays or events. If the whole club is closed for more than 7 consecutive days for reasons within our control, we will extend your membership by the length of the closure.
## 20. LIABILITY
20.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
20.2 Subject to 20.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
20.3 Subject to 20.1, our total liability to you in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
## 21. PRIVACY
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection law. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
## 22. USING THE SITE AND APP
22.1 You must not misuse the Site or app, including by sharing log-in details, accessing another person's account, uploading harmful material or content that is offensive or unlawful, or using automated tools to access the Site.
22.2 All content on the Site and app, including the 1Rebel name, logo and designs, belongs to 1Rebel or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
22.3 If you share content with us or tag us, you allow us to repost it on our channels with credit.
22.4 Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content.
## 23. NOTICES AND CONTACT
23.1 All cancellations, freeze requests and notices to us must be sent by email to difc@1rebel.com.
23.2 We will send notices to the email address on your account. An email notice is treated as received 24 hours after it is sent, unless a delivery failure message is received.
## 24. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
24.1 If you have a problem, please contact us first at difc@1rebel.com. We will try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
24.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of [the Dubai International Financial Centre / the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE], and the [DIFC Courts / Dubai Courts] have exclusive jurisdiction.
## 25. GENERAL
25.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
25.2 If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
25.3 These Terms, the benefits table on the Site, your membership contract and our Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between you and 1Rebel.
25.4 These Terms are provided in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.
